How I work

My therapeutic approach is integrative, meaning I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" solution. Instead, I carefully tailor my methods to the unique needs of each individual, combining years of experience with evidence-based practices. The core pillars of my work are:Gestalt Therapy: Having practiced this modality for years, it forms the foundation of my work. It focuses on raising self-awareness, exploring emotions, and understanding what is happening in the "here and now." It helps clients integrate their thoughts, feelings, and body signals to regain wholeness.Person-Centred Therapy: Since moving to the UK, I have enhanced my clinical toolkit with this approach. It ensures that our sessions are built on unconditional positive regard, deep empathy, and a non-judgmental environment where you are the expert of your own life.Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT): Also integrated during my training in the UK, CBT provides practical, structured tools. It allows us to identify negative thought patterns and change unhelpful behaviours, offering concrete strategies for managing daily difficulties.By blending the relational depth of Gestalt, the warmth of the Person-Centred approach, and the practical solutions of CBT, I offer a comprehensive and flexible space for your personal growth and healing.
